Trust Your Gut Feel
Explore, strengthen and stand by what you believe in at work and in life. Trust in your ‘gut feel’ and point of view is especially helpful for influencing, starting your own business, having your personal needs met and for living an authentic and meaningful life.
What does 'trust your gut feel' mean?
Trusting your gut feel, or what we like to call 'internal reference', refers to how comfortable you feel to make judgment calls using your own personal criteria, without having to rely on the opinions of others.
It's really helpful for situations where you need to take the lead and make quick decisions!
Once you are good at trusting your gut feel, you'll find that you have a strong intuition and feel confident in your decisions.
You'll be happier leading projects without waiting for a general consensus, and you'll believe in your ability to weigh the facts and choose the right way forward.
Stating your own opinion, even when others disagree, will come more easily to you. A few differing opinions won't immediately sway you when your gut says you're right.
