Changing preferences within a space
Learn how to manage your space preferences in Marlee. Adjust settings to suit your team’s needs, such as making spaces more open or restricted.
If you're an admin of a space, you can access the Space Preferences section, which includes various configuration options (some features are only available on a paid plan).
To access Space Preferences:
1) Click on the space where you are an admin.
2) Click Settings.
3) Under Space Settings, select Preferences.
4) You’ll see several toggle options. A toggle that is blue and positioned to the right means the feature is enabled. A grey toggle positioned to the left means it is disabled.
Some preferences will not be accessible on the free starter plan and will require an upgrade to gain additional features.
Here are the preferences accessible on the free plan:
- Enable invite to space by magic link
- Allow this space to be publicly discoverable via search
Here are the preferences accessible on one of the paid plans:
- All members can see each other (toggled on for a free plan)
- All members can invite new users to this space (toggled on for a free plan)
- Auto-approve invites via magic link (toggled on for a free plan)
- Hide the setup guide (toggled off for a free plan)
